Powerful and refined, this Blanc de Noirs is a connoisseur's cuvée. It combines the richness of the vintage with the elegant style of Pinot Noir in a marvelous contrast. Warm, subtly toasted vegetal notes enhance the expression of nuts. This brut nature is a precise, gastronomic champagne, best enjoyed with delicate and refined dishes.

Tasting
From the first whiff, a world of indulgence captivates the taster. Intense notes of pastries and viennoiseries are expressed through aromas such as frangipane or fresh almond paste.
Mirabelle plum, fresh apricot, and nectarine maintain a refined alliance.
The sensations of a silky touch from the very first sip prove once again the tactile characteristics inherent to Meunier. In the finish, a renewed freshness emerges, carried by very pronounced bitterness, thus providing the necessary structure for a long finish.
