Tasting

Excellent as an aperitif, and pairs well with seafood and Japanese cuisine. This champagne is non-dosage (zero sugar), made from grapes picked at peak ripeness, and aged for five more years than the Brut de B. Lively, light, and delicate, it offers the full aromatic expression of the grapes and the minerality of the terroir.
